Shipping info

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday). During drops and holidays this can stretch to 3 business days.

Estimated transit times once the parcel leaves our warehouse:

• Europe: 3–6 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Flat-rate tracked shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds and express options can be configured later.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned. You can also check status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Orders outside our shipping origin may be subject to local import duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimate or arrives damaged, email hello@glowdistrict.com with your order number and photos and we'll replace it.
