Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. The lamp should be in resellable condition with its cable and packaging.

Email hello@glowdistrict.com or use our contact form with your order number. We'll reply with a return label and address within one business day.

Once the return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. No restocking fees.

Need a replacement instead of a refund? Tell us in your return request and we'll ship the new unit as soon as the original is on its way back.

Every lamp is covered for 2 years against defects in the light engine, bearing and electronics. Warranty claims are free of charge.

Faulty or incorrect items ship back on us. For change-of-mind returns, return postage may be deducted from the refund.
